Cooking during the holidays means providing traditional dishes that the whole family will love. But sometimes, these popular delicacies take too much time to make, which may cause extra stress when it is already busy. That's why we like to launch slow cooker recipes that can make us fuss about our favorite meals and desserts, and free us to cross out more items on the never-ending list of fake do-it-dos.

If you are looking for some special holiday breakfast, then you should check out the slow cooker baobab recipe from the spice company McCormick. It looks sticky and sticky, we can't wait to try it, either!

Baobab is a stretched sweet bread traditionally used for breakfast or brunch. There are many kinds of baobab recipes, ranging from sweet to salty, but in this case, we want to focus on the classic version, which is all sweet and contains those warm spices that we don’t eat enough during the holidays.

Many baobab recipes require the use of refrigerated cookie dough, which really simplifies the process. But what we might like the most about this recipe is how McCormick provides an easier shortcut to make delicious baobabs-all without having to make bread dough from scratch or even opening the oven. Who says kitchen cheats can’t be delicious?

To make this slow-cooked monkey bread recipe, you need ingredients that may already be in the kitchen, such as butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon, and two jars of refrigerated biscuits.

You will also need non-stick cooking spray, a 6-quart slow cooker, a wide-mouth glass jar, a saucepan, a resealable bag, and a clean kitchen towel.

This slow-cooked monkey bread recipe takes only 2 hours to make, so you can quickly prepare the ingredients, put them in the slow cooker, and quickly enjoy a hot breakfast or brunch for the whole family.

To make baobabs in a slow cooker, you need to spray the inside of the slow cooker and the outside of the glass jar with cooking spray. Place the empty pot in the middle of the slow cooker-the pot acts as the center post of the pan, so you will put the dough in the slow cooker.

Next, melt the butter in a pan, and then add the brown sugar. Stir to combine, then set aside.

You pour cinnamon and granulated sugar into a resealable bag, then cut each biscuit into six pieces, put them in the bag, and shake to coat the cinnamon sugar.

The recipe calls for half of the coated biscuit chips to be placed in a slow cooker, and then a mixture of butter and sugar is poured over the biscuit chips in the cooker. Then, add the remaining cookie dough, including any remaining cinnamon sugar mixture, and pour the remaining butter mixture into the slow cooker.

You need to cover the slow cooker with a towel, then put the lid on, and cook at high temperature for an hour, then remove the slow cooker insert and spin to cook evenly, and then cook for another hour.

We are pretty sure that this baobab will not last long, so you may need to stock up some supplies to make more!
