Life Soup launches a new glass jar of fresh cut soup

Life Soup is a new concept of fresh soup developed by the Agroama Cooperative, which specializes in producing fresh cut products. These soups are so good-looking and delicious that they have won many awards, thanks to the opportunities they provide consumers with fresh and authentic things under any circumstances.

"Innovation has always been our main asset. With the support of a wealth of ideas, we have turned these ideas into unique products. This is also due to the observation of market trends. This is how we design our high-quality fresh vegetables. Kit, thank you very much for a package consisting of glass jars, practical placemats, cutlery and condiments, which perfectly fits the product statement: Mangia dove vuoi, ma mangia bene (eat as you like, but eat well)," Christie Cristiano Pallavicino reports, the president of the Agroama cooperative.

Cooperativa agricola Agroama is located in the Agro Pontino area and is a modern processing facility with GlobalGAP certification. It is part of OP Agrinsieme, an organization that gathers various members covering a total of about 100 hectares. 

The product range includes more than 50 products: mixed salads, cut salads and ready-to-eat vegetables. The fresh-cut production line launched in 2020 consists of glass jars displaying the vegetables contained in it-processed within 24 hours-so there is no picture showing what the product should look like (please check it yourself).

"The packaging is sustainable, which means it is completely recyclable, because the jar is made of glass, the capsule is made of aluminum, and the outer shell is made of cardboard. This solution is in the 5th ADI Design Index The packaging won the #food category award 2020 Bologna Marca Design Award."

The glass jar contains five different soup recipes: four are seasonal, and the fifth is called Arcobaleno and is available year-round. You just need to add a cup of water and cook it in a pot or microwave for 8 minutes so that you can drink the soup directly from the pot. 

For example, orange soup contains: carrots, cabbage flowers, broccoli, pumpkin, appetizer cabbage and celery. These soups are not only practical, but also representative of the short chain. They also promote the concept of food, the environment and the sustainability of the Mediterranean diet. The food system from farm to table is actually closely related to the environment, as recognized studies have shown that global greenhouse gas emissions are as high as 37%.
